This is the second part of his series of four paintings symbolizing the journey of life. In this painting a young man floats down the stream of life and gazes at the surrounding beauty, a landscape full of wonderful potential. He reaches outward to a palace in the sky, his grandiose visions of the future. A guardian angel watches over him from the riverbank and knows what life has in store for the young man. (In the following painting, called Manhood, the calm stream becomes a turbulent rapids and the sky grows dark and stormy.) </image:caption></image:image><lastmod>2025-12-29T10:19:47+00:00</lastmod><changefreq>monthly</changefreq></url><url><loc>https://ahumanseeing.com/2018/02/10/sweet-and-sour-child-of-mine/</loc><lastmod>2025-12-29T09:37:00+00:00</lastmod><changefreq>monthly</changefreq></url><url><loc>https://ahumanseeing.com/2018/03/11/thoughts-on-democracy/</loc><lastmod>2025-12-29T09:17:01+00:00</lastmod><changefreq>monthly</changefreq></url><url><loc>https://ahumanseeing.com/about/</loc><image:image><image:loc>https://ahumanseeing.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/wp_20141008_060.jpg</image:loc><image:title>WP_20141008_060</image:title><image:caption>Saudi Arabian desert</image:caption></image:image><lastmod>2018-03-05T12:15:02+00:00</lastmod><changefreq>weekly</changefreq><priority>0.6</priority></url><url><loc>https://ahumanseeing.com/2015/12/23/on-ambivalence-3/</loc><lastmod>2016-01-14T22:48:52+00:00</lastmod><changefreq>monthly</changefreq></url><url><loc>https://ahumanseeing.com/2014/10/31/you-have-your-ways-and-i-have-mine/</loc><lastmod>2015-09-23T06:40:40+00:00</lastmod><changefreq>monthly</changefreq></url><url><loc>https://ahumanseeing.com</loc><changefreq>daily</changefreq><priority>1.0</priority><lastmod>2026-01-12T06:14:33+00:00</lastmod></url></urlset>
